Please ensure that you’ve chosen your preferred delivery/ self-collection timeslot and date at the checkout page.
Delivery ($10 – $25) will be made within the time frame, please ensure that there will be someone to receive your order.
Delivery for customised gifts is $10 per trip, +$5 for Sentosa/ Turf Club addresses.
Delivery for helium balloons is $20 per trip, +$5 for Sentosa/ Turf Club addresses.
Self collection is available at 22 New Industrial Road.
For balloon delivery, capacity per trip is approximately 60 latex balloons or the equivalent.
Should your order exceed the capacity for one trip and require addition delivery trip(s), you will be prompted by the team via WhatsApp or email.
Please check the lead time before you place the order.
We recommend delivery for balloons so that your order can reach your destination safely.
Delivery can only be made to areas/ addresses with postal codes and unit number. Incomplete or incorrect addresses will hinder the delivery process and might incur a re-delivery charge. We are not able to deliver to areas without postal codes such as bus stops, open air car parks, barbeque pits, roadsides.
We do not recommend 3rd party couriers for the self-collection option as they may be inexperienced in handling balloons or fragile items and we are not responsible for what happens after handover at 22 New Industrial Road.
If a later time slot has been requested on day of delivery/ collection itself (after the required 24 hours advance notice) and approved (subjected to availability) . We cannot guarantee the condition of the balloons as the balloons would already been processed for the previously agreed time slot.
Should self-collection be selected but order is unable to fit into preferred mode of transportation, same-day delivery can be provided at a fee but it is strongly subjected to driver’s availability. Thus we advise opting for delivery especially for bigger items such as the 36″ Jumbo Balloons or for bigger orders with 25 or more balloons.

Embroidery
Please note that all embroidery works may look different due to multiple reasons such as difference in materials, measurements and combination of texts, and lastly as each embroidery is partially done by humans, do leave some room for slight variations (1-2cm in size or alignment) and small imperfections.

Non-cursive and capital letters only
- The back of the embroidery can be seen on the underside
- Embroidery will be done according to your thread selection and spelling, please select and key in with care. There will be no refunds, exchanges and it cannot be redone.
