  1. Standard tassel – up to 2 colours in each tassel
  2. Layered tassel tail – up to 3 colours(+$8) (ONLY for 36″ balloons)
    (Colours for tassel tail can be mixed or alternated,
    if not mentioned designer will select the best option)
