Packaging:

The products comes in an individual box that is customised. All gifts will be placed in a bed of paper filling and a (free and colour is at random, subjected to availability) mini bouquet of dried flowers. Colour of paper filling and flowers will be at random.

Please note:

• This item will be personalised exactly as you have written so please double check spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters.
• Personalised products can only be returned if they are faulty. Do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this.
• Due to the font type used please do not use all capitals in your personalised name, or the personalisation will be very difficult to read.
• For corporate orders of more than 10 orders, we can customise the gift box with your company logo in place of the customised name if your logo fits our software’s criterias. Drop us an email with your logo to check if we are able to do so. Please take note that  if your logo is too large or long (more than 15 characters or with a width to length ratio smaller than 1:3), the box will be customised lengthwise to accommodate it.
