Tools necessary for hung garlands:
– 3M hook OR tape
– Pencil

Maximum capacity per delivery*
– One 2 metre garland OR two 1.5-metre garlands
– 20 latex balloons OR the equivalent**

We recommend delivery on the day of the celebration or 1 day earlier,
any earlier is NOT recommended to ensure that the balloons are in their best condition.
(1 day earlier is not recommended for garlands with confetti balloons)

Balloon garlands can last 2-4 days but as time passes,
the balloon will slowly oxidise and very gradually shrink.
Resulting in a matte outlook and confetti balloons will turn cloudy.

We will not be liable should you decide to select an earlier delivery date.
There will be no refunds, replacements or exchanges.

*- Subsequent balloon add-ons will result in an additional delivery charge.
