We do not offer free delivery as we believe in only paying for what you need to keep prices low.

• $20 Flat Rate Balloon Delivery Fee excluding Sentosa Area
• +$5 for Sentosa addresses
• No minimum order required

• JoyAvenue recommends orders to be made 1 to 2 days prior to your event so that you can select your preferred collection or delivery time slot.
• We also welcome same-day or next-day orders with some limitations
  (Not including orders with mock-up or products that require lead time acknowledgement)
• JoyAvenue reserves the rights to propose a different delivery time-slot and you shall be notified via phone call should JoyAvenue is unable to commit on the selected date or time-slot
• All balloons and gifts in the same order will be delivered together. If you prefer delivery to a different address, date or time slot; please place a separate order.
• If you prefer self-collecting your orders (balloons/gifts/hampers), please choose “Self-Collection” during checkout.

• Please WhatsApp us at 9838 6997 if you have not received any order confirmation email after your order has been placed.
• Please submit your payment proof here if you choose PayNow as your payment method. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.
• Please note that your order will not be processed until the funds have cleared in our account.

• No exchange/refund is allowed once balloons are handed-over in good condition. Please read our Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
• Delivery will be made within the time frame, please ensure that there will be someone to receive the balloons.
