Delivery/Self-Collection
Please ensure that you’ve chosen your preferred delivery/ self-collection timeslot and date at the checkout page.
Delivery ($10 – $25) will be made within the time frame, please ensure that there will be someone to receive your order.
Delivery for customised gifts is $10 per trip, +$5 for Sentosa addresses.
Delivery for helium balloons is $20 per trip, +$5 for Sentosa addresses.
Self collection is available at 22 New Industrial Road.
Please check the lead time before you place the order.
Delivery can only be made to areas/ addresses with postal codes and unit number. Incomplete or incorrect addresses will hinder the delivery process and might incur a re-delivery charge. We are not able to deliver to areas without postal codes such as bus stops, open air car parks, barbeque pits, roadsides.

How long will the balloons last?
With the proper care (refer to dos and don’ts), our balloons will have the following lifespans.
JoyAvenue strongly do not recommend collection or delivery more than 2 hours from time of celebration due to limited balloon lifespans (below). We will not be liable should you decide to do so. There will be no refunds, replacements or exchanges.

Do note that as time passes, latex balloons will very gradually shrink and turn cloudy due to exposure to air and sunlight. Keeping them away from direct sunlight and in cooler areas will delay it. However, the balloons are still pretty, fun and whimsical even if they are slightly cloudy and slightly smaller!
DOS:
- Balloons are for decoration, please do supervise children’s interaction with balloons. Playing with balloons damages them and shortens balloon lifespan. It also poses a choking hazard when balloons deflates.
- Do place balloons in a cool environment (but not too cold as the balloons would seem slightly smaller)
- Do treat the balloons with gentle care
- Do keep balloons away from high heat, rough surfaces and sharp objects
- Do opt for collection/delivery 1-2 hours before your celebration to ensure that they look their best. It is not recommended to opt for delivery/collection for more than 2 hours before your celebration.
DONTS:
- Don’t place latex balloons in direct sunlight (placing latex balloons in direct sunlight will turn your balloons cloudy fast)
- Don’t leave balloons in the car without the air-condition turned on
- Don’t place in the car boot
- Don’t assert large force on the balloons
- Don’t place balloons where there are very strong winds
JoyAvenue strongly do not recommend collection or delivery more than 2 hours from time of celebration, reason being:

- Limited balloon lifespans (refer to table above)
- We are not able to guarantee a safe and appropriate environment till a time closer to the celebration
We will not be liable should you decide to go against recommendation. There will be no refunds, replacements or exchanges if the balloon(s) change in appearance. Some examples include, including but not limited to, shrinking in size, deflation and wrinkling.
Please take note that it is normal for bubbles to form in the customisation or for add-on LED lights to loosen as time passes due to the natural and gradual shrinkage of balloons. There will be no refunds, replacements or exchanges offered.
As balloons pass their expected lifespan, weaken floatation and balloons not looking full (wrinkled or soft) is expected and natural.
