Please note:
- This item will be personalised exactly as you have written so please double check spelling
- Do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this.
- Due to the font type used please do not use all capitals in your personalised name, or the personalisation will be very difficult to read.
- Please note that items are customised by people thus do allow some room for slight variations and small imperfections.
- Items are thoroughly checked before sending out. Should you spot any mistakes upon receiving, please contact us immediately.
- Plush toy may not be facing forward when balloon is popped as the position may have shifted during delivery or collection.
- Plush toy may not be in a sitting position either as per reason above.
- Choice of plush toy is limited to what is available, the use of customer’s own is not allowed as of 22nd November 2022.
Delivery/Self-Collection
Please ensure that you’ve chosen your preferred delivery/ self-collection timeslot and date at the checkout page.
Delivery ($10 – $25) will be made within the time frame, please ensure that there will be someone to receive your order.
Delivery for customised gifts is $10 per trip, +$5 for Sentosa addresses.
Delivery for helium balloons is $20 per trip, +$5 for Sentosa addresses.
Self collection is available at 22 New Industrial Road.
Please check the lead time before you place the order.
Delivery can only be made to areas/ addresses with postal codes and unit number. Incomplete or incorrect addresses will hinder the delivery process and might incur a re-delivery charge. We are not able to deliver to areas without postal codes such as bus stops, open air car parks, barbeque pits, roadsides.

Care Instructions
Customisation for Apparels
- Customisation on apparels are done via heat press
- Do not dry clean
- Turn apparels inside out (customisation facing in) before washing
- Hand-wash with cool water and mild detergent
- Hang dry
- Should you wish to iron, please place a clean cloth or dish towel on the customisation before ironing.
MicroBubble Balloon
With the proper care, the MicroBubble balloon will last 1-2 days.
DOS:
- Do place balloons in a cool environment (but not too cold as the balloons would seem slightly smaller)
- Do treat the balloons with gentle care
- Do keep balloons away from high heat, rough surfaces and sharp objects
- Do opt for collection/delivery 1-2 hours before your celebration to ensure that they look their best. It is not recommended to opt for delivery/collection for more than 2 hours before your celebration.
DONTS:
- Don’t leave balloons in the car without the air-condition turned on
- Don’t place in the car boot
- Don’t assert large force on the balloons
Jellycat Care
Safety & Care:
- Tested to and passes the European Safety Standard for toys: EN71 parts 1, 2 & 3 for all ages.
- Suitable from birth. Huge and Large sizes – please do not leave in a cot/ crib.
- Made from 100% polyester.
- Gently hand wash surface only; do not tumble dry, dry clean or iron. Not recommended to clean in a washing machine especially for customised Jellycats.
- Check all labels upon arrival of purchase.
Please note that all embroidery works may look different due to multiple reasons such as difference in material, length and combination of text, and lastly as each embroidery is partially done by humans, do leave some room for slight variations and small imperfections.

- Jellycat Bunnies can be customised via ear embroidery
- Thread for the embroidery will be selected to match your Jellycat bunny and/or the colour theme of your gift set/hamper. If you have a preference, do inform us.
- Font style is fixed for Jellycat ear embroidery:
Non-cursive and capital letters only
- The back of the embroidery can be seen on the ear’s underside. That includes the stabilizer (white fabric) necessary for our embroidery process. The stabilizer will be trimmed close to the edges to minimize the look but cannot be completely removed. We are not able to embroider without the stabilizer, please proceed only if you are alright with it.
- Embroidery will be done according to the spelling in your order form, please key in with care. There will be no refunds, exchanges and it cannot be redone.
